The hotel is in a convenient location, close to necessary facilities and services. The rooms were unkempt, but the front desk promptly addressed our concerns about the room condition. Though the curtains did not fully block out the outside light, the room was comfortable for the price.

The service was top-notch with friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect for our journey, being central to the places we needed to visit. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room we got was not ready when we arrived, smelled unpleasant, and had a broken sofa bed with an old mattress. To top it off, it was next to the men's bathroom, causing constant noise. We were expecting a room with a Jacuzzi, but we didn't get it. The pool and hot tub were disgusting and far from what we saw in the pictures. It was a letdown for my husband's birthday celebration, and the breakfast was also subpar. The only positive was the staff, who were friendly and apologetic.
